The Gym and Your iPods

When you go to work out, what do you do? Well, most of us hit the weights or the running machines and we just work out. However, this is not much fun. You have to find a way to spice up your time at the gym, and ipods are the way to do that. Trainers say that music is one of the best ways to keep people motivated. You will notice that you are able to work out twice as hard when you are listening to something like “The Eye of the Tiger” than when you work out without it. That is because music moves up, and we feel lifted and up beat. So why only get half a work out? Bring iPods to the gym and really go for the gold.
