Condo from a Post Card
I have my condo because of a postcard.
Five years ago I wasn’t interested in buying anything, let alone a condo. I was happy renting when I got a postcard in the mail for a local realtor doing real estate postcard marketing.
But the postcard got me thinking and I called the realtor. We chatted and she said that she was riding around anyway. She’d be happy to show me some condos.
I fell in love with the third home we walked through and it was being offered at a bargain.
Five years later I still find it hard to believe that I have my wonderful home because of I didn’t toss out a postcard.
