The Two Different Types Of Hypnosis

There are two basic types of hypnosis, each of which are used in different situations.

The first type is self hypnosis. As the name suggests, this is using hypnosis on yourself in order to achieve something. You might do it to clear your mind, relax, or relieve stress. This type of hypnosis is quite similar to meditation. If you study it and learn it, it can help you.

The more interesting form - and the one that allows you to REALLY benefit - is conversational hypnosis. Being able to influence other people is more fun than just practicing on yourself. Of course, this takes time to learn, and you won’t be able to get people to do anything extreme. But if you use it throughout everyday life it can help you out dramatically.
