I Need to Take Care of Myself
Let’s face it, as we get older, we all need to take better care of ourselves. I don’t like to admit my age, but I’m definitely not a spring chicken any longer. My body takes more time to heal from minor illnesses. There are more aches and pains in my joints. I’m more tired than I used to be. One of the things my doctor suggested was to start eating better. The other suggestion was to start a workout routine that incorporates yoga. To my surprise, there are medical benefits of yoga. To me, it just looked like the point of yoga was to relax. But, I guess there’s more to it than that. If it helps my health and well-being, then I’m all for it.
