How do you pick
When we considered hiring Mystery Shopping Companies to help evaluate our customers response to a new product line we put out we didn’t know where to look. Naturally we thought to look on the internet. What we found out was that there are only companies that claim they can put you in touch with companies that want to hire mystery shoppers
. We really didn’t have much of a way to find and check out companies that hire the shoppers themselves. They were just companies that wanted to act as agents for independent shoppers. It was very disappointing. We are now considering forming a company of our own for just such a purpose.
